LOCAL SHIPPING & PICK UP OPTION : All orders are shipped from our central Dubai warehouse which you can also select the option to pick up your order from our store in case you need products in the same day of your order from Monday to Saturday between 9:00 am - 5:00 pm if you live in UAE.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING : We ship International orders via DHL Express from our Dubai warehouse. DHL is the most reliable, efficient and fastest shipping option we currently offer to international destinations. Most DHL orders arrive within 2-3 business days once dispatched, depending on the destination country.

Unfortunately, Slipstop cannot be held responsible for any possible duties and taxes that may be applied by customs in the country where the delivery is made. The responsibility for any customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees, which may be imposed, will rest with the customer.
