Exchange & Return
It is very important to us that you love Slipstop as the whole family.
All return enquiries are to be made within 14 days of receiving your items. Any enquiries after this date will not be accepted.
If for any reason, you are not happy with your order or would like a different size or style, you will need to follow the returns process for a store credit and repurchase the new item.
Slipstop is happy to offer a credit note for items purchased, providing that the product is in original condition with tags attached.
Please keep in mind you will need to cover return postage costs, plus any applicable duties or taxes, so for any styling or fit queries please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be happy to assist you.
Please be mindful when choosing your Slipstop as we do not offer refunds for change of mind, however, we will happily discuss the details of your return with you further via email.
All Slipstop pieces are thoroughly inspected and quality controlled to ensure our high-quality standards are adhered to. In the unlikely case of a fault please contact us.
Store Credits/Gift Cards are valid for 12 months from the issued date.
