Slipstop Return & Exchange Policy

At Slipstop, we understand that purchases may occasionally not meet expectations, whether due to incorrect sizing or a change in preference. We are committed to ensuring that the return process is smooth and straightforward.

To initiate a return, please complete the below Return Request Form.

Return Policy

  • Items may be returned within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or store credit, excluding applicable return fees and shipping charges.
  • A return fee of AED 20 will be deducted from the refund amount. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Partial returns are accepted. For example, if one item from a set does not fit, only that item may be returned.
  • All returned items must be in their original, unworn condition, with tags, packaging, hygiene stickers (where applicable), and accessories intact.
  • Returned items will be inspected upon receipt before a refund is processed.
  • Slipstop reserves the right to refuse returns and return the items to the customer at their expense if they are found to be used, worn, washed, scented, damaged, or without tags.

Exchanges

  • Slipstop does not offer direct exchanges.
  • To order a different size or color, customers must request a refund via the Return Request Form below and place a new order for the preferred item. This ensures the fastest way to receive the desired product.

Defective or Damaged Items

If an item arrives damaged or defective:

  • Submit the Return Form and include a clear photograph of the issue.
  • Once approved, Slipstop will replace the item free of charge and dispatch it as soon as possible.

Refused Deliveries & Return to Sender

If delivery is refused, or the package is returned to Slipstop without a formal return request, the following will be deducted from
the refund:

  • All shipping fees
  • The AED 20 return fee
  • Any applicable duties or taxes

Refund Processing

  • Refunds are typically processed within 15 working days after the returned items are received.
  • Depending on the payment provider, it may take up to an additional 15 working days for funds to appear in the customer’s account.
  • Refund will be issued to the original payment method (e.g., credit card, Apple Pay).
  • Shipping handling, and return fees are non-refundable.

Additional Notes

  • Customers are advised to retain proof of return shipment (e.g., tracking number) until the refund is processed.
  • Returns must reach Slipstop within the 14-day period from the date the order was received.
